I just did an oil change; it was fast and cheap. (There were three options depending on the oil: $70, $90, and a third option that was more expensive). The $15 coupon was applicable for any of the three oil change options; I chose the $70 option, then minus $15 for the coupon. The staff were professional and friendly, and the oil change was done quickly.

Very poor customer service. 4 emplyees with only one vehicle being serviced. One kid employee joking and playing with the other employees absolutely ignoring me. I waited approximately one hour and still wasn't approached. Had to ask if anyone was going to help me. Was wanting all 4 brakes replaced and spark plugs serviced. The unprofessional behavior of the team had me rethink Harrisburg Jiffy Lube's services and choose to have my requested services done elsewhere and will also take my oil changes to another company. As a general manager within a separate but local industry I would be highly ashamed of the extremely unprofessional service this young man provided to the point of rethinking his employment. I fully understand distractions, however, when eye contact has been made multiple times over the time frame with only one patron that was being helped, not by him, the transgression became inexcusable. I want nothing offered over my reveiw and certainly will not return.

If "0" was an option I'd happily give it! I had a noise coming from my vehicle, which I informed them of during drop off. He said he would look. They had me waiting forever for an oil change and tire rotation, so I assumed they were working hard to investigate the noise. The manager was young, but very informative & helpful during checkout; however, I asked them did they find out what the noise was and he called the tech who said he forgot. Waited longer for them to check (AFTER I paid for my old change) for him to come back and say it was my transmission. Why on earth would I pay for an oil change to a vehicle that's transmission is badso now you've cost me an unnecessary expense. I made an appointment to a transmission specialist who no only diagnosed the source of the issue being the front differential case, but also said my front rotors, brakes, all 4 tires are horrendous and right front bar link needs immediate replacement! Jiffy lube just completed my inspection & omissions 4/2026 and didn't say a single thing. But to add insult to injury, Jiffy Lube sends me an email this morning stating they have a discount for my needed services and you've guessed itit has the Front & Re

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube during my inspection and service visit. The service technician who helped me was absolutely amazing—very professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was being done with my vehicle. That really meant a lot to me. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone worked efficiently as a team, and the whole visit felt smooth, honest, and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find places where you feel comfortable and confident in the service you’re getting, but this location definitely delivered that. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and positive attitude from everyone there. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others. The service was quick and economical. However, they left multiple black, greasy handprints all over the outside of our white car. Even after scrubbing with dawn and with cat soap, the prints remain. The photos attached were after washing. Also, upon checking my oil today, 3 days after the work, my dipstick is reading well over full. When I first went to pull it out, it wasn’t seated all the way down into the tube, so with it being over full now, I can assume whoever did the oil check didn’t seat the dipstick all the way down therefore resulting in it showing a quart low. Now it is overfilled and from my understanding that is not good for the engine.
